• Wednesday, June 1, 2016 - Recent improvements include the ability to save and return to your webform submissions before final submission to EIA, as well as the ability to download and print your submitted responses for your records. Please see the related Knowledge Article for details.

• EIA Data xChange Community Portal Tutorials video series is now available in the Knowledge Section of the portal. The videos in this series give instructions on how to navigate through the EIA Data xChange Community Portal.

• Tuesday, Dec. 22 - EIA-914 reporters: Please report your November 2015 data no later than January 11, 2016. Be sure to include your API gravity volumes with the report. Completed, timely reports from you will avoid phone calls and emails from EIA. Thank you.

• Tuesday, Sept. 29 - EIA-914 reporters: Please remember to include crude oil and lease condensate volumes by API categories in Part 4. Do not average your volumes. If an unusual or unexpected event results in an unusually large difference between production volumes reported in Part 3, and volumes by API category, please provide an explanation in Section 4.2 for the relevant state or area. For more information, please refer to the Knowledge tab.

• The Knowledge and QA tabs provide new functionality that replace the previous Solutions Tab and make it easier to find the information you need.

• The Calendar shows a timeline of all data submissions and the Forms sections provides all the necessary data submission templates and documents for the various submission modes.

EIA-3 Quarterly Survey of Non-Electric Sector Coal Data (OMB No. 1905‐0167)

Utilized to collect coal consumption data from U.S. manufacturers, transformation and processing plants, and commercial and institutional users. Information collected includes coal consumption, stocks, and receipts.

EIA-8A Annual Survey of Coal Stocks and Coal Exports (OMB No. 1905-0167)

Collects coal stocks data for publications, analyses, and statistical reports used by public and private analysts. Data collected include coal stocks by state location.

EIA-22M Monthly Biodiesel Production Report (OMB No. 1905-0165)

Collects information on biodiesel production at U.S. plants.

EIA-63C Densified Biomass Fuel Report Monthly (OMB No. 1905-0209)

Data collected will be used to estimate densified biomass fuel consumption in the United States, as well as production, sales, and inventory at state, regional, and national levels.

EIA-111 Quarterly Electricity Imports and Exports Report (OMB No. 1905-0208)

Collects U. S. electricity import and export data.

EIA-914 Monthly Crude Oil, Lease Condensate, and Natural Gas Production Report (OMB No. 1905-0205)

Collects data on production of natural gas, crude oil and lease condensate, and API gravity from selected operators in the United States.

EIA-930 Hourly and Daily Balancing Authority Operations Report (OMB No. 1905-0129)

Balancing authorities provide basic hourly operating data (system demand, generation, and interchange) on either an hourly (demand) or daily (all) basis.
